Benson has steadily worked his way up the ranks in the kitchens of ITC Hotels, Sofitel, Bunglow 9, and Carouse Contemporary Bar & Kitchen, and has led passionate cooks of various calibers and specializations. From a career spanning 14 years, he brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of menu development for various restaurant themes and styles, skillful menu execution and flawless culinary operations. He is also a skilled food stylist.

EKLAVYA VERMA
Business Director
Eklavya brings with him a holistic view of the Restaurant Business, supported by a career spanning 14 years in the fields of Business Development, Operations Management, Sales Management and Training & Development. He understands the needs of the consumers across restaurant categories, and helps tailor your business decisions towards that goal. He is also a passionate food photographer.

RAMANDEEP SINGH
Director Operations
The entrepreneur bug has bitten Ramandeep early in his life. He is a talented and innovative chef, and is the co-owner of the brand Burrraah. Food. Burrp. Happiness. along with Benson Menezes. He successfully runs three Burrraah outlets in Pune, which are owned as well as Franchised, and brings with him hands-on experience of running a restaurant business, from daily operations to vendor management and team training.
